LAME. we have seen the ruins and stuff and they were very interesting (ruins: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11), but now we are stuck here for 2 hours doing nothing. why do we need 3 hours to eat lunch after the tour? bleh. the bus is locked till 3:00pm so we can’t wait there. we are just waiting in a shady terrace of the hotel we had lunch in. lunch was another buffet, but it had much stinky meat that danny and i did not like smelling. no.
on the way up here, we stopped at a likke mexican market, but we didn’t buy anything. (mexican market: 1, 2)

danny just went to the hotel shop to buy us ice creams. i wonder what he is getting me. hehe there is a bird the size of a dog walking down the terrace hallway. it disappeared before i could get my camera out. my braids itch under my hat but i don’t want to take it off and on till we get back to save it for being mussed too much.
danny is back. he got me “eskimal vainilla – el original”. blah blah bored.
Ruins
I didn’t see a picture from the top of the pyramid…..did you climb it? When we went, I had to talk my husband into continuing to climb up. We had gotten part way up, he looked down and got a bit freaked out. It was totally worth it to get to the top because 1) how many times will you get to climb a pyramid? 2) the view is breathtaking! However, the climb down was waaaay scary. I sat down and went down on my butt. Oh and when we went it was raining so that made it more interesting climbing. 🙂

really? the big one was roped off? wow…. when we went in 9/00 it wasn’t in a bunch of people climbed it. that’s too bad because the view was spectacular. ;o)
