tonight was nice. we had jen & mike over, and then our nieghbors from two doors down. the chili was super yummie and everyone was super nice. i hope i get to be good friends with the girrlie dana. she is a sweetie! my only complaint is that something upset my tuimmie and now my guts feel like they are liquifying. i have a feeling it will all be over soon, but not without a bit of bathroom unpleasentness… sorry, tmi! hehe.
i don’t want to go to work tomorrow! you can’t make me! okay, so you can… but bah! i almost have my christmas cards and tees done. i just need to print out more addresses tomorrow evening then take everything to be mailed.

You brought up the subject of your oboe on saturday. That is so cool that you still have it and can play. What kind of oboe do you have? Did you play it in college. A couple of years ago I had a soprano saxophone made for me that is metallic purple with 14K gold keys. You can see it in my new LJ pic. Four months ago I ordered an alto saxophone for my daughter and I just received it. It is dark metallic blue (also in the LJ pic). I bought her an intermediate model so she doesn’t get too confused with all of the other keys. I will give it to her this week! I got tired of renting that piece of shit she had been playing.
This is the reason I wasn’t able to contribute to your breast cancer fund a couple of months ago. I needed to buy that saxophone. They can get pricey.
