stephanie is: eating eating.

good morning. i am eating a bagel. ever since my commute got an hour shorter i’ve been getting here at 7:50-8am when there are still non-oogy bagel’s to choose from.

danny found our garbage can last night. i had seen a few laying in yards, but didn’t know which was ours. i should write our house number on it.

after work, i worked on carving out my linocut for my christmas cards a while. i called my aunt to let her know our new address and get gift ideas for that side of my family. my brother is going out to see them in iowa for christmas so i need to give all my gifts to him to bring. we can’t go cause i have no vacation time till next year.

when dan got home we paid bills, did laundry, cooked and ate dinner (i made samosas, indian rice, and chana masala), and watched teevee.

i am listening to frank sinatra this morning. delia’s just sent me an email sale offer. they are so cruel! i LOVE anything with snowflakes on it (see my temp site), and this sale makes everything with snowflakes on it 20% through a special link. grrr! i can’t buy lots of stuff for myself right now cause i have to spend my money on gifts and shipping. bleh!

  1. dreams

I had a dream last night and you, Stephanie, were in it! You only had a small part and why this came up I don’t know. But here is what happened:

I was in the laboratory and you came in. I started to discuss my concerns with you that you might not be getting enough iron in your diet because you are a vegetarian. You assured me that you consume enough iron because the only kind of meat that you will eat is liver. Not just any kind of liver, only rat liver! Livers from rats you catch yourself in Baltimore. Then you brought out a plate of what you said were rat livers and you started to eat them. To me they looked like kidney beans with yellow zebra stripes on them. I felt nauseous, agreed with you and rushed you out the door and continued with my work. Weird!!

  2. Missing Trash Cans

Odd… One of my trash cans disappeared today. And it was almost brand new. And I didn’t even get a tree for it! *pout* But our house number is spay-painted on the can, so maybe it’ll show up. Though our land-lords won’t be happy to know that it’s gone.
