stephanie is: cold... brr cold… brr!

grrr yahoo/geocities was giving me ftp errors again this morning. i wrote them yet again. i was getting a little bitter by the end of it. i just gave it another try and got in so i turned the cam on quickly before i am unable to log in again. so i should have the cams on all day so long as the connection does time out and have to try to connect when it is having troubles again.

it is cold cold cold. 14 degrees when i live when i left for work. brrr! and of course it is freezing in my office. i need new gloves! mine have holes in the fingers. i put like 5 or 6 pairs on my wishlists cause i am always cold while updating them, hehe.

it smells like cinnamon in here. someone must have made that tea i made the other day. i never did drink it – just smelled it a lot.

last night we rented the “x-men” dvd. it was pretty good, but lacking in feature-length plot. it would be really good as a weekly series. then they could introduce new characters and more of their plots that they don’t develop enough to be a movie. the movie left me wanting to know more about the people. i wonder what my mutant power would be…

brr brrrr brr br br brrrr!!!

come visit me today!

  1. I agree. I wanted to know more about the characters. Luckily, I went and saw the movie with my room-mate who grew up with comic books as a kid and he explained all the characters to me and their powers and the whole concept behind the X-Men and the mutants. Knowing what little I did about the characters really helped out a lot and helped me follow the story a bit better. I’d love to see a sequel to that movie with the original characters brought back with some more character development as well as see what other characters can do as well – like the kids in the classroom who were playing with fire and ice. Those would be cool powers to see in an action scene.

    =)

  2. When its cold…

    I’m a freezer too:
    Here’s what to do:

    -wear turtlenecks all the time.
    -stack up on undershirts.
    -wear “longer” socks.
-use a scarf, its the neck, that shivers.
    -warmer underwear.
-double lined pants with nice soft material inside
-use a MASSIVE comforter, hmmmm nice.
-HOT showers before starting the day
-coat with full hood, fake fur if necessary.
-buy a remote car starter, works for me 😉
    and last but not least…
