zoom! last night i madeit home fine. it took about 25 minutes! sooo muchbetter than 75 minutes!! we ate dinner at black-eyed pea since we didn’t have any food. then we picked up some cleaning supplies and xmas decorations at a ghetto kmart, and did bunches of grocery shopping. we stocked up on stuff like canned veggies that we normally don’t have room for. yey for pantries!

after that i unpacked all the bathroom stuffs and we tried the bathtub again. this time we got it filled. it’s a big tub!! and the bubble jets were totally worth the money. they are my friend. i had a snack of popcorn, and my first marshmellow pinwheel. mm… then we went to bed.

i got all the people added to my members section that had submitted when my mail was down this weekend. sorry about the delay! everything is back and working for those of you who want to join. i have also been updating wishlists during lunch here at work. you can prolly tell i am cold here cause i added a billion pair of gloves to my delia’s one. hehe. they have neat-o ones that have mitten tips that fold back to reveal your fingers so you can type.

okay… work work work…

  1. Yes, pantries are fabulous.

Our apt has one. I’d never seen the place when Eric put down for the lease. It’s not bad for Idaho though….1000 sq ft, pantry, all new kitchen appliances, laundry room in unit (my parents had their washer and dryer in the garage. bleh.) cathedral ceilings…I guess the whole complex is only like 2 years old. For a dinky town that isn’t all that pretty, at least I have my nice home to come home to. And it’s actually mine.

I know the feeling. I guess that’s my point. It’s nice to have a beautiful place to call home…and always nicer when that beautiful place has space for stuff you weren’t able to have before. In my case, that’s everything.

We’re getting a new bed and couch and TV and lamps and basically a ton of stuff today. Ethan Allen is having a nice sale. MMMM only $699 for the queen-sized bed I want. I’ve been drooling over this, you’ll have to excuse me. Imagine all the gas we’ll use today in Eric’s truck going back and forth into Boise. Maybe we’ll span it out over the week. *shrugs* I’m just all excited. New home…settled. New stuff…yumm. 🙂
