stephanie is: hungries hungries!

grr. i guess most people get mad when they gain a pound, but i am upset cause i lost two. my weight normally never changes and i eat all day long, plus several little meals. i have a very small tummie that gets full fast, but a super fast metabolism so everyone jokes how i am just going to be hungry 5 minutes later.

this past week i just haven’t been hungry. maybe it is the change in the weather or something. i have been forcing myself to go get lunch with my friend rob (we work together) everyday, and i have been making myself eat past when my tum says stop. but, bah. i have to try harder. my metabolism is just so fast (i poop like 5 or more times a day) that i have to eat constantly. maybe i need a feed bag? i keep getting full after two bites. danny and i are going to go eat now, and i am going to try to eat as much as i can to stretch my tummie out some more.

    …that sounds pretty weird. Hm, when you eat, for example, cabbage (raw as salad) or as “sauerkraut” (fermented) it stays normally for 6 or 8 hours in you stomache, before it moves on. Food needs normally a few days to go through your body.
    What says your doctor about this?
    I remember a working colleague I met a few years ago. She was always a little anemic (sp?)(what means her body produced not enough red blood cells). As a child she damaged her stomache, so that she can’t get enough vitamine B12 out of her food. They gave her finally regular injections with B12, and after that she was absolute okay.
    Eat everyday a little bit more is a good solution, ’cause your stomache is able to get bigger after a time so that you can handle more food at one time.

    Of course, I viewed you last night carving the “pumquins”. You created a great piece of art. Well, I saw not all, ’cause like you know there is a 6 hour timedifference between us, so that I had to leave around midnight your time. Anyway it was a lot of fun for me to viewing your cam 🙂

    BTW, are you and Danny now forced, the next days, to eat all that pumquin? LOL

  2. I wouldn’t worry too much about your weight. As long as you get a decent meal at least twice a day, plus maybe a little exercise once in a while, you’ll be fine.

    Depending on your family history, I would expect your metabolism to slow down by the time you’re in your mid-30’s..

    Just be happy that you can enjoy the foods you like now with little hassle 🙂

    Stephanie… You probably haven’t noticed but Holly deleted my last post because she didn’t want anyone, including you, to read it. What it said was that I’m a member of ILOVEHOLLY.COM, and have been for quite a while! But after reading all your shit about someone stealing “code” from her site, and then making fun of two other girl cam sites, I became disgusted, really disgusted. It’s obvious to anyone that Holly stole your style and bit of HTML. I simply pointed it out. I KNOW you won’t say anything because you two are friends, but shit, she’s a sick little girl with extreme jealously within her. She needs help and you being her friend, should lead her the way to a doctor.

        You a sick person Holly, very sick. I only wish you would get help for your extreme jealously and abundant lies. Do you feel good knowing you stole Stephanie ideas and HTML? I mean she doesn’t care, but still, you did it. And then you have to BALLS to accuse others of stealing ‘code’ from you that you store from Stephanie!

    Ah, high metabolism and low weight. I used to have that problem — then I started drinking beer. Mmm … beer.

    Now I’m actually getting a slight paunch for the first time since … I dunno, 6 years old???

    So there ya go. Beer — it’s what’s for dinner. 😉

  5. Two pounds can be misleading.

    I wouldn’t worry over two pounds.

    Your body weight can change by as much as five pounds over the course of a single day. It depends greatly on what and how much you’ve recently eaten, drank, etc.

    If you want an accurate weight, what you really need to do is weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably first thing in the morning, before eating anything. And measure it over a period of at least a week. That way any single day fluctuations won’t affect it and skew your measurements.

    But I’m in salesmanaer, so most of the sh*t comes outa my mouth. (hehe – salespeople are allowed to bust themselves)
