as you might remember from last yea, in october i keep a pink ribbon in my cam pictures in honor of breast cancer awareness month. since danny and i have both lost our mothers to cancer, we decided this month that all donations made the entire month of october will be going to cancer charities. i will be setting up a page about it with goals etc soon. i am also going to put up a page saying where the past two monthly donations have gone.
you can read what danny posted about this here. while i’d like to have money from october since we are moving mid-november- this is a cause that is very very important to both of us.
First of all, thank you guys for being such upstanding people… the world could use a billion people just exactly like you… I’m sorry that you both had to lose your mothers, but you have made such an impact on people… I, for one, admire you.
Second, that’s the cutest ‘hungry’ mood icon I’ve ever seen in my life… 😉
Third, just tell me when and where, and I’ll make another donation in October…
