amused

i am learning yoga. today i just did a workout to a silly nudie girl yoga i got for my birthday. it had reject porn star girrlies with big fake boobies doing yoga. i had to not watch while i was doing it cause i would start laughing hysterically. hehe it is a fun video. but i have two real ones on the way. so when i get them i will begin doing yoga regularly. i am very stiff and tense all the time – i can barely stretch to touch my toes. i will be archiving photos from each yoga session in the history section so i can follow my progress. soon i will be contotionist grrl! the yoga archives will be a member feature (psst! that means click on “donate”! hehe)

i am going to add a couple hundred digital photos to the “special” section tonight and tomorrow. stay tuned!

  1. Yoga stuff =)

    hey steph!
I do yoga regularly myself. I highly recommend ali macgraw’s yoga mind & body video, and it in turn was recommended to me by a yoga instructor i studied under for numerous years. although they’re using ali to promote the tape, the exercises themselves are actually performed by yoga master erich schiffmann. this tape is hatha yoga.

i love doing yoga, as it really does help to release all the chatter in my mind and put a lot of things into perspective. besides the stretching it gives me. i can even do the standing tree pose now without falling over. LOL

let me know if you come across any tapes you particularly like (big boobed bimbo tapes excluded of course LOL)

  2. Heh heh

Sounds like I might need to get a copy of that for myself! 🙂

Big (fake) breasted women doing yoga… hmmm, I can see it know, “Observe as Miss Mighty Mounds performs the exercises whilst her breasts don’t change shape AT ALL!”. 🙂

Hey Stephanie keep it up! 🙂

Yoga is great… I do yoga every three days myself. I really need to get back into.. It’s a wonderous sport.

I do my yoga late at night before bedtime and I get the best night rest ever, every single time.

  4. I have three or four of the Living Arts yoga videotapes, which I’d recommend; I like the ones with Rodney Yee best because he’s so mellow and keeps reminding you to breathe, which is so key to any yoga. I try to practice three or four days a week…love that yoga!
