thank you to everyone who responded so kindly to my last post. i guess i should clarify what i would do if i added a pay section to my site – and what my intentions would be. i will be very honest with you. we pay $400 a month for great, highspeed, garunteed (so long as bell satanic stays far far away) dsl to run the server on. if it were hosted somewhere else, the bandwidth fees plus paying for a lesser dsl for the cameras to upload with, would add up to that much or more (and we would loose all the control we have right now). so the $400 is our best bet. unfortunatly, buying a house is sucking our accounts dry and we are going to be on super budget mode for quite a while trying to rebuild them. the time i put into this site could be time spent making money – but i love the site and i hope you do too. in an ideal world i would love to have my site make $400 per month to pay for itself. i know this won’t happen. i will not add nudity for the sake of making money. but i am considering making the archives and some special features cost a one time fee of around $20. i guess if this happens it would be up to you to decide if it is worth it. i know that 20 people a month wouldn’t sign up, but any would help. i am just thinking thinking thinking. i really don’t have the time for freelance work. hrm. |

Go for it … if you cover the out of pocket costs of $4,800 per year or at least make a dent in the $$$, you will be ahead of the game. And *EVERYONE* can find a nickel a day for a year to have access to STVLIVE forever.

Stephanie ,I am usely to shy even to write back but this time I felt I should .Your site was the first of it’s type I ever went to .You were in Yaho.I had know idea it cost so much just for the line.Alot of us are on a buget too but I would sign up to help out .I love your site and love to see your smileing face it chears me up when I have had a ruff day .Do what you need to your friends will be there.
